It has been weeks that I have been saying I was going to make banana bread, but just never seemed to get around to it. Yesterday was a bit cooler than it had been so I decided it was the perfect time to turn on the oven and make the loaf. Instead of the usual regular loaf, I decided to make it Chocolate Banana Bread.
We always have ripe bananas around and we love banana bread. My daughter loves bananas but for some reason, she won’t eat banana bread. Well, I decided to tell her that it was chocolate cake. It was a hit, she really loved it. Now when do I tell her? Well, right after she finishes it and she still wants more.
