Are you a gamer who loves Disney? If so then you should check out Disney Magic Kingdoms, an app by Gameloft. It’s a fun game for the entire family. I have been playing for just over a year. I began playing when my daughter took an interest in the game. She is a big fan of Disney and Pixar characters.
Build a kingdom and bring back the magic that has been removed by Malificent. To advance in the game you must complete quests and missions to level up. Each character has 10 levels.
Where to play?
You can also connect the game to Facebook, however, you can not play through it, just collect potions from others who play the game,
I tend to just play the game on my desktop, it seems to take up too much space on my other devices. If it is added to one of your devices, you are able to play without connecting to wi-fi and using up data.
Disney Magic Kingdoms
When new characters are introduced to the game, there will be an event for 25 days. It gives you the chance to collect some of the characters before the event ends. If you play all day and night, you just may finish the event.
To advance in the game you must fight villains and welcome new lands for expansion.
Each Character has to complete a number of quests to level up and advance the game. There are a number of items that characters must collect, once collected the character can be welcomed or levelled up. Welcoming and levelling up can take anywhere from 6 seconds up to 24 hours depending on the level and this is only after collecting all quest items required.
- can only update 1 character at a time
- hours for levelling up characters
- everything needs diamonds that cost money if you can’t collect enough.
- quests require too many objects
- doesn’t sync with all devices
While there are a few cons on the list, it is a fun game, otherwise, I wouldn’t continue to play.
- Mickey Mouse and Friends
- Toy Story
- Monsters Inc
- Nightmare Before Christmas
- Beauty and the Beast
- The Lion King
- Pirates of the Caribean
- Peter Pan
- The Sword and the Stone
I think I may have missed a few! Find out more about the app here.
