It is Saturday morning on this Victoria Day weekend in Toronto. While most are watching the Royal Wedding, I am planning our weekend. It’s the start of Victoria Day weekend, the “unofficially” kick off to the start of summer and all the fun and adventures it has to offer. As a child, my long weekends and every weekend throughout the summer was spent in Wasaga Beach, where we had a trailer. We experienced so much as children, camping, swimming and making memories. What ever we do, or where ever we go, it usually includes camping, drinking, BBQ’s, planting gardens or just celebrating the start of summer with something fun.
