Preheat oven to 350
In a large baking dish add maple syrup, soya sauce, garlic, peppers cinnamon and pepper
toss in chicken wings.
Heat in oven for approximately an hour, tossing every 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve your maple garlic chicken wings with a salad, rice or on their own.

If you want your wings to be crispier, leave in the oven for about 15 more minutes.
