Winter is here and so are those long cold days that come with it. During the winter time, I like to prepare meals ahead of time and freeze for those cold snowy days. Beef Stew is one of them. When I buy a turkey, I usually buy a big one. This way there is enough leftovers for a few freezer meals. There are so many different recipes for leftover turkey.
