Use blender on pulse setting to crush the graham crackers. Pour in to pie plate or round cake pan. Melt butter and mix into crumbs, pressing into pie plate.

In a bowl mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and cocoa until smooth.

Add cook whip and melted chocoalte chips to the cream cheese mixture
mix in walnuts and marshmallows

Spread mixture into pie plate
Chill for about an hour and serve.
