Berry Explosion Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cherries
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350°

  2. Spray or grease muffin tin (extra large 6 muffins)

  3. In a large bowl mix together butter and sugar until it is creamy.

  4. Add in the salt and baking powder then add eggs, 1 at a time mixing well

  5. Add flour and milk blending together.

  6. Fold in the berries and fill muffin tins

  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes. 

Recipe Notes

If you are using a 12 muffin pan, reduce the time of baking to 15-20 minutes.
