Winter is here and so are those long cold days that come with it. During the winter time, I like to prepare meals ahead of time and freeze for those cold snowy days. Beef Stew is one of them. There are so many different recipes I have found for making my Beefy Stew, here is my way of preparing a delicious comforting meal. Winter is almost finished and soon it will be spring. Enjoy a bowl of stew before it is too warm outside to really enjoy it.
