Summer is fast approaching and parents are busy preparing or looking for stuff to do and places to go with the kids during their vacation. Have you ever just wanted to stay close to home and not venture far? Why not pack up a lunch and head out and have a picnic in Toronto.

Living in a big city, and not having a car, I am always looking for places close by. Some where there are no sounds of traffic and only the sweet sounds of nature. Well as close as you can in the city. There are so many parks in Toronto that offer just that.
