It feels like yesterday that the kids went back to school. All of a sudden it’s fall and time to get ready for Halloween. I love this time of the year with light jackets or hoodies for the cooler air. Well, when it finally gets here. In just a month our kids will be dressing up as one of their favourite characters or maybe something a bit scary to head out for trick or treat night. When I was a kid and dressed up for Halloween, I would make some of my costumes so I had exactly what I wanted. One year, in grade 5 or 6 a few of us dressed up as the band Kiss. That was a fun night. What was your favourite costume as a child? Did you make your own?
