When I buy a turkey, I usually buy a big one. This way there is enough leftovers for a few freezer meals. There are so many different recipes for leftover turkey. We like to make a variety of meals with our turkey leftovers. One of our favourite meals is turkey pie. I use this recipe for a variety of meals including turkey soup and turkey ala king.
