Banana Cream Pie

Banana Cream Pie 1 ½ cups milk 1 tbsp butter ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp vanilla ¼ tsp salt 1 pastry shell ( I use graham cracker crumbs) 3 tbsp flour Whipped Cream 1 egg yolk 4 ripe bananas Scald 1 cup milk over boiling water. Mix sugar, salt, flour and remaining milk together and stir into hot milk and cook slowly until thickened, constantly stirring.Cover and cook over boiling water for another 5 minutes.
